Diamond Spray Brooch – Found in a bin!

This beautifully crafted nephrite jade and diamond spray brooch mounted on 14ct white gold was a great house clearance find that was quite literally pulled from the bin by the auctioneer during a pre clearance visit. The vendors, not realising the value, and thinking it was only costume jewellery, were delighted to see it sell at auction for £800. It’s not every day you can pull that sort of value from a dustbin.
